Responsibilities:

Pre‑Sales Technical Support (50%)Act as the primary technical contact for Japanese customers during evaluation, design‑in stages

Support module selection, system architecture discussions, and feasibility assessments with customer engineers, architects and decision-makers
-
Gather key information (business, deployment, market status...) to define a winning strategy with Product Line managers
-
Deliver technical presentations, demos, and solution positioning to customer
-
Partner closely with Sales and distributors to drive design wins and opportunity progression
-
Design‑In & Early Integration Support (50%)Support customer engineering teams during HW design‑in, OS integration, RF, antenna, and power design considerations

Technical issue triage & escalation
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years’ experience as Pre-Sales / Application Engineer / Technical Account Manager, especially in the semiconductor market
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management and organizational skills
- Experience in IP protocol stack field (TCP/UDP IP and HTTP)
- Ability to travel to customer sites – occasionally with short notice
- Ability to work in a team environment and/or as an individual contributor. Self-Motivated Learning
- Advanced problem-solving skills (Have logical knowledge to isolate technical issues and minimize procedures to reproduce the customer issue)
- Language: Fluent Japanese and English both written and spoken
Desired Experience:
- Skills in complex systems design including expertise in Windows, Linux and Android
- Windows driver mechanism deep knowledge and BIOS knowledge is plus
- Experience in Cellular technology (4G/5G) / Wi-Fi is a plus
- Cellular Carrier & Certification experience is a plus
