Scopely is looking for a Producer, Featuresto join our Marvel Strike Force team remotely in the United States or Canada on a remote basis.

At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.

Marvel Strike Force is Scopely's squad-based Hero Collector RPG, housing heroes and villains across the Marvel Universe.

What You Will Do

As a Producer, you’ll help cross-disciplinary teams ship player-facing features for MARVEL Strike Force. You’ll bring structure to plans, remove obstacles, and drive predictable delivery - from early discovery through live release - while keeping teams focused on outcomes, not just tasks.

  • Own day-to-day production for feature pods across Product, Design/UX, Engineering, and QA from planning to launch

  • Partner with Product to turn goals into clear milestones, value slices, and release commitments; track dependencies and risks

  • Drive team rituals (planning, standups, reviews, retros) and evolve the team’s operating rhythm over time

  • Communicate progress and risk with clarity, including tradeoffs and mitigation plans

  • Keep work visible and moving: maintain a clean backlog, unblock teams, and ensure follow-through on decisions

  • Coordinate with partner teams (Live Ops, Analytics, Release/Build, Marketing/UA, CS/Community) to ensure your feature is well integrated into the live show

  • Support launch readiness through early validation, clear scope, and aligned test/monitoring plans

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of game or digital product production experience (or equivalent), ideally on live service teams

  • 2+ years using Agile methodologies to plan and deliver iteratively

  • Experience supporting end-to-end feature delivery across Product, Design/UX, Engineering, and QA

  • Strong fundamentals in planning, prioritization, dependency/risk tracking, and stakeholder communication

  • Ability to partner with Product to define MVP, sequence work, and keep teams oriented around outcomes

  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguity

Bonus Points

  • Experience shipping gameplay features in F2P mobile or live service games

  • Familiarity with validation loops (prototypes, playtests, A/B tests) and learning-driven iteration

  • Experience supporting launches that require coordination across multiple partner teams

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Air Table, Miro, etc
