Scopely is looking for a Senior Tech Producer - Live Ops Tooling to join our Monopoly Go! team in Barcelona on a hybrid basis.

At Scopely, we care deeply about what we do and want to inspire play, every day - whether in our work environments alongside our talented colleagues, or through our deep connections with our communities of players. We are a global team of game lovers who are developing, publishing and innovating the mobile games industry, connecting millions of people around the world daily.

Monopoly GO! is our new casual game and a key franchise that has just become one of Scopely’s largest games enjoyed by millions of players. The team is based in Europe and the US, and works every day to create captivating new experiences for our players.

What You Will Do

As an experienced Senior Producer, you will join the Live Operations Team on Monopoly GO! and take ownership of the day-to-day production for Live Ops Tooling and Infrastructure. This role is critical in ensuring our Live Game teams have the systems, tools, and pipelines they need to deliver world-class live operations, events, and content at scale. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, design, and operations to streamline workflows, optimize automation, and empower the Live Ops organization to operate with speed and precision.

  • Lead Live Ops Tooling Roadmap: Execute the vision, priorities, and strategy for Live Ops tools and infrastructure, ensuring they meet the needs of live content, economy, and event teams.

  • Production Management: Own planning, scheduling, and delivery for tooling initiatives, ensuring timely execution while balancing technical constraints and business priorities.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with engineering, product managers, analysts, and Live Ops producers to identify tooling gaps and translate operational requirements into scalable solutions.

  • Workflow Optimization: Analyze current processes and tooling to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase automation for event configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the key communication bridge between Live Game and Live Operations leadership and engineering teams, ensuring transparency, accountability, and clear prioritization.

  • Quality & Reliability: Drive best practices in release management, QA processes, and monitoring to ensure tooling is stable, user-friendly, and effective for internal teams. Maintain up-to-date task tracking systems (Jira or equivalent) to reflect current sprint and delivery status.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 6+ years of production experience in gaming, with at least 2 years focused on Live Ops, tools, or infrastructure within F2P mobile or online games.

  • Tooling Expertise: Proven track record of delivering internal tools and systems that support game operations at scale.

  • Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of backend systems, pipelines, and live operations tooling (e.g., event schedulers, content configuration tools, economy tuning systems).

  • Leadership: Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with a passion for workflow optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.

  • Communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and global teams.

  • Passion for Games: Enthusiastic about F2P gaming, player engagement, and Live Ops excellence.

  • Production best practices - expertise in Agile/Scrum, Kanban, & Waterfall methodologies

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience with Monopoly GO! or other high-scale social/F2P titles.

  • Familiarity with Live Ops event configuration systems, economy balancing tools, or A/B testing platforms.

  • Background in software development, technical production, or product management.
