Scopely is looking for a Sr. Manager, Game Production to join the GSN Casino team in Bangalore!

What You’ll Do

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Production to lead the execution of the GSN Casino roadmap across New Features and Live Operations. In this critical leadership role, you will bring structure, momentum, and clarity to a fast-moving organisation, guiding a high-performing cross-functional team to deliver world-class, data-driven player experiences.

You will partner closely with the Executive Producer, Director of Product, and discipline leads to drive both day-to-day execution and long-term strategic planning. This role requires deep production expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to turn complex challenges into smooth workflows and predictable outcomes. Responsibilities may include:

  • Drive execution of the game development team

  • Partner closely with the game team's Executive Producer and Director of Product to to define the roadmap as well as own the execution of the roadmap across all teams, while tracking production goals.and drive the short and long term development objectives and translate these into clear operation and action plans

  • Have a detailed understanding of where the projects are, aware of how each area is tracking, the goals, challenges, as well as managing risk assessment while also defining mitigation plans that deliver on great outcomes for the product

  • Own the production team's output as measured by adherence to deadlines, quality and overall impact to the product and business

  • Establish a culture that cultivates productivity by supporting and amplifying the team's efforts to achieve our goals

  • Support in building the team with recruiting and mentoring from projects concept to release and beyond phase

  • Identify major gaps in current workflows and foundational challenges in how the team operates as a whole, identifying & getting ahead of challenges, and directing leads in addressing complex issues / working to resolve them

  • Discuss the key challenges and issues confronted by the game team, and outline the team's strategies to overcome them; see opportunities for executive support

  • Data-Driven Decision Making - Uses production KPIs (CR, Velocity, )to diagnose issues, measure success, and guide continuous improvement

  • Live Ops & F2P Expertise - Understands the balance between engagement, monetization, technical constraints, and content velocity

  • Tooling & Systems Fluency - Hands-on experience with Click Up, Jira, Airtable; able to identify gaps and build scalable systems
