Scopely is looking for a proactive and strategically minded Global Creator Program Manager to support and evolve our global Stumble Guys Content Creator Program in Barcelona on a Hybrid basis!
This role is responsible for translating strategy into clear plans and activations, managing the global creator calendar, generating insights from performance data, and ensuring alignment across teams. You will work closely with an external execution partner who manages day-to-day engagement and operations, while you focus on program coordination, reporting, and creator relationships.
This requires someone who understands how creator ecosystems work and can turn ideas and strategy into structured execution plans.

What You’ll Do

Translate business and GTM priorities into structured creator initiatives and activation plans.

Own and manage the Global Creator Activities Calendar, ensuring alignment across teams.

Propose and develop new ideas to evolve and strengthen the Creator Program.

Collaborate closely with the external execution partner, providing direction, priorities, and feedback.

Monitor program performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Extract insights from performance data and community feedback, turning them into actionable improvements.

Track and review creator code performance and monetization impact.

Maintain direct interaction with Content Creators via Discord and calls.

Support monthly syncs between creators and development teams.

Act as the main bridge between the Creator Program and Marketing, Live Ops, Development, and Support teams.

Ensure visibility, coordination, and follow-up across cross-functional initiatives.

Contribute to the evolution of program structures, tiers, incentives, and participation criteria.
What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years managing Creator Programs.

Experience working directly with influencers and streamers.

Proven ability to manage and execute strategy, set clear goals, and oversee campaign operations.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights, identify patterns, and define actionable optimizations from performance data

Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks / projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with analytics platforms, such as Looker, Hootsuite, Level Up, among others.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.

Direct experience in gaming or a strong passion for gaming, social gaming communities.

Community experience, mainly Discord.
