Scopely is looking for a Director of Product to join our Monopoly GO! team in our Seville (Spain) Hub on a hybrid basis.

As Director of Product, you will drive high-impact features and systems while also helping shape the product culture, standards, and craft across your vertical group.
What You’ll Do
Drive Product Initiatives End-to-End

Lead major product features and systems from inception through launch and post-release iteration

Transform high-level opportunities into concrete, well-structured product designs
-
Produce clear, concise game specs with the right level of detail for cross-functional teams
-
Ensure designs align with player needs, franchise strategy, and business goals
-
Guide feature iteration with the team and discipline experts
-
Provide timely feedback throughout implementation
Raise the Bar on Product Craft

Help define and reinforce product standards, best practices, and ways of working across the vertical group

Elevate the quality of problem framing, hypothesis definition, and success metrics
-
Strengthen outcome-driven thinking within feature teams
-
Mentor and support Product Managers, helping them grow in ownership, clarity, and strategic thinking
Partner Across Disciplines

Work closely with Game Designers, UX/UI Designers, Engineers, Technical Artists, Producers, and Analysts to build best-in-class features
-
Ensure strong alignment across pods and vertical initiatives
-
Contribute to roadmap discussions with a systems-level perspective
Bring Strategic Perspective

Identify opportunities beyond individual features to strengthen the broader player ecosystem

Stay informed on market trends, competitor practices, and evolving F2P strategies
-
Contribute to long-term roadmap direction while delivering short-term impact
What We’re Looking For
-
Significant experience (7+ years) in product management, ideally within F2P mobile games or other consumer-facing digital products
-
Strong track record of shipping impactful features in complex ecosystems
-
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority
-
Experience mentoring other Product Managers or leading product initiatives across multiple teams
-
Passion for shaping product culture and raising quality standards
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Able to clearly articulate the “why,” not just the “how” and “what”
-
Comfortable driving alignment across senior stakeholders
-
Comfortable setting hypotheses, defining KPIs, interpreting results, and driving iteration
-
Advanced Excel skills
-
Strong prioritization and tradeoff management
-
Outcome-driven and comfortable operating in ambiguity
