Scopely is looking for a Talent Coordinator to join our Talent Acquisition team operating on a hybrid basis from our Culver City, California hub!

What You’ll Do
As a Talent Coordinator, you’re not just managing logistics, you’re orchestrating a candidate experience that reflects who we are and what we value. You are the engine behind our recruiting process that empowers interviewers to show up prepared, talent partners to focus on strategy, and candidates to bring their best selves. You thrive at getting things done in a fast-moving and ever-evolving environment and you're not afraid to take smart risks to make things better.

Coordinate and arrange all candidate interviews, including booking travel accommodations for non-local candidates

Manage candidates in Greenhouse (applicant tracking system)

Champion an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish

Coordinate complex interview schedules across global time zones with multiple participants

Collaborate with Talent Partners (recruiters) to ensure a great candidate experience and facilitate processes such as interviews, offers, and background checks

Work with People Operations, People Business Partners, and People Experience teams on efforts to optimize processes, workflow, and reporting

Assist the Talent Acquisition team in tracking metrics, candidate surveys and reporting

Contribute to the evolution of our recruitment processes by working closely with the team
What We’re Looking For

High-volume recruitment coordination experience

Self-directed, detail-oriented, problem solver with a burning desire to contribute

Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in a demanding and high-performing work environment

Strong collaboration, written and verbal communication skills

Gmail, Google Calendar and Google docs proficiency

Experience working with an Applicant Tracking system or CRM

For candidates in CA, CO, NJ, NY, and WA, the annual salary range is provided below. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for equity, bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, pet insurance, paid holidays, paid Scopely free days, and unlimited paid time off. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
