Scopely is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team in Mexico City on a hybrid basis working 2 days a week from the hub.

Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for finding & attracting the best of the best for our business. This team sits globally in the US, UK, Spain, Mexico, China & India and is on a mission to engage with top talent to Inspire Play, Every Day!

What You’ll Do

As a Talent Sourcer, you’re developing diverse strategies and building relationships to find and engage with top talent. Your impact goes beyond sourcing, you’ll shape how we approach the top of the funnel, from how we define, assess and attract great talent, to how we tell Scopely’s story in ways that inspire top talent to join us.

  • EMBRACE THE ADVENTURE: Own and manage volume sourcing for multiple complex searches to identify and engage key technical and non-technical talent at all levels in North America and Europe (when required)

  • CARE DEEPLY: Source prospective candidates and maintain our passive candidate pipeline with high-touch, engaging and frequent communication

  • ITERATE TO GREATNESS: Drive innovative sourcing strategies, collaborate with the global Talent team at Scopely to optimize hiring processes, and use data to uncover opportunities, measure engagement, and deliver market insights

  • PLAY TO WIN: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, Talent Partners, and Coordinators to create partnerships that yield exceptional credibility and results

  • IGNITE PASSION, EARN LOYALTY: Build trust with candidates and provide them with complete, accurate, and inspiring information about Scopely whilst delivering a best-in-class candidate experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience operating in a global Sourcing/Talent Research function within the tech or gaming industries

  • Superior relationship building & networking skills, attention to detail and ability to create positive lasting impressions with business partners

  • Flexible and self-motivated; ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity, while executing in an environment of constant change

  • Excellent interviewing skills

  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills with attention to detail

  • Strong English language skills are required for this role, as we have a highly diverse and global business

  • Experience in the mobile gaming industry
