Key Responsibilities 1.
Market & Customer Insight Conduct deep market analyses to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, customer needs, and potential disruptions.
Engage directly with end users, and ecosystem to understand evolving applications and translate insights into actionable strategies. 2.
Portfolio & Innovation Strategy Define segment‑specific applications, architectures, and differentiated value propositions.
Reimagine the innovation roadmap to reflect market shifts and secure competitive advantages.
Strengthen alignment between the leagues to ensure a cohesive innovation agenda. 3.
Cross‑Functional Leadership & Alignment Partner with Leagues, Engineering, Innovation, Commercial, Segment and Channel leaders to drive end‑to‑end alignment.
Mobilize peers across divisions to drive synergy on shared initiatives and streamline innovation deployment.
Be a champion of cross team collaboration, across the leagues, hubs, and divisions. 4.
Commercial & GTM Strategy Review GTM channels to revitalize pipelines and unlock new revenue routes.
Assess market sizing, competitor positioning, codes and standards, and translate insights into strategies. 5.
Strategic Growth Opportunities Identify and build a pipeline of partnership and M&A growth opportunities.
Facilitate investment and alliance discussions to support timely decision‑making. 6.
Corporate Strategy Support Contribute to strategy deep dives, Board materials, and broader corporate strategy initiatives.
Profile Strategic & Innovation Mindset Forward‑thinking strategist with the courage to challenge the status quo.
Strong technology and product marketing background.
Leadership & Influence Proven ability to lead without authority and mobilize multifunctional teams.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Core Competencies Market and competitive analysis Innovation and portfolio strategy Cross‑functional collaboration GTM strategy understanding Executive communication and storytelling 15+ years of experience with combination of product management, sales, or product marketing related domains.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field (Master’s degree strongly preferred).
In depth understanding of existing and emerging Industrial applications.
End to End understanding of Low Voltage Power Distribution Portfolio including Contactor, Motor Control Centers, Drives, Low Voltage Breakers, Switchgear, and Automatic Transfer Switches.
In depth understanding of Communication and Control Topologies.
Experience: working with electrical distributor channels and contractor workflows.
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence in a matrixed, multinational environment (US, Canada, Mexico).
Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills, including presentation to senior audiences.
Proven project, process, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, embrace change, and advocate for continuous improvement.
Travel: Up to 25% Location: Nashville, TN / Raleigh, NC
