Developing Contingency Plans: Ensure that appropriate contingency plans are in place to address potential high-impact risks.

Performance Monitoring and Review: Implementing Project Performance Tracking and Reporting Systems: Deploy systems and processes for collecting, tracking, and reporting project performance data consistently across all factories.

Conducting Regular Project Performance Reviews: Organize and facilitate regular project performance review meetings with project teams and stakeholders to assess progress against plans, identify deviations, and determine necessary corrective actions.

Generating Performance Reports for Stakeholders: Prepare and disseminate clear and concise project performance reports to relevant stakeholders, including senior management, providing insights into project status, risks, and potential issues.

Facilitating Timely New Product Introduction (NPI) Across Factories: Ensuring Cross-Functional Collaboration for NPI: Facilitate effective collaboration and communication between R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and other relevant teams across different factory locations for successful NPI.

Managing NPI Project Timelines and Milestones: Develop and track detailed project plans and timelines for NPI projects, ensuring adherence to critical milestones across all involved factories.

  • Monitoring and Reporting on NPI Project Progress: Track the progress of NPI projects across different factories, identifying and addressing any roadblocks or delays to ensure timely launch Ensuring Smooth Transition to Production: Oversee the smooth transition of new products from development to full-scale production across all relevant factories, ensuring quality and efficiency.

  • Experience: minimum 5-10 years of experience in in program management, NPI, forecast and planning management or a similar project management role in operations environment.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering or a related quantitative field.

  • An MBA is a plus.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
