The strategy of Design Firm team encompasses these main activities:
Deliver Differentiation, Drive Thought Leadership & Innovation, Increase Revenue and Grow the software business.
The Key Account Manager is a key role within the organization and has a UK&I zone remit.
The Key Account Manager will be expected to help lead and execute, key initiatives and projects that are vital to the success of the design firm practice and the overall business.
The role is exposed to multiple stakeholders across the organization and various parts of the division and of the Schneider Electric business overall.
Key Responsibilities:
Gain access with the customer at all levels of their business Define a differentiated Schneider value propositions for the customer Explore new ways of collaboration with Project Managers, Architects, Cost Consultants and Technical Advisors Define a clear account strategy that embraces the full portfolio of Schneider Identify and manage the pipeline of opportunities Generate profitable growth and increase the share of wallet for your account Ability to develop bi-directional business value for Schneider & Design firm aligned with Schneider key strategic objectives Take ownership of customer issues Management of internal stakeholders to obtain right level of support for delivering the strategy and superior customer satisfaction Skills and Attributes: Highly motivated and charismatic business leader with the ability to develop deep customer relationships and intimacy, develop and grow profitably Schneider Electric’s share of wallet and identifying new business opportunities and support your extended team Be a trusted advisor with the ability to speak to design engineers, segment leaders and C-levels alike.
In-depth understanding of the Schneider Electric portfolio across divisions, including sustainability and software Good business acumen and judgment Strong organization and project management skills; structured way of working; ability to work under time pressure; Good attention to detail Prior experience in marketing Strong analytical skills: ability to screen and quickly absorb information on various topics from multiple sources and synthesize it to make meaningful recommendations Quantitative; comfortable working with numbers, building models and quantitative analyses Financially literate: able to review and interpret financial statements / reports Fast learning capacity and curiosity for learning about Schneider Electric Digital Energy businesses across Power, Grid, Building, and those of competitors, new business models and disruptors Ability to connect with people easily, to win buy-in for proposed recommendations High level of maturity: ability to liaise with counterparts from different parts of the organization, including senior executives Collaborative and a team player driven but balanced, thoughtful and passionate about success of the collective team
