• Mission del ruolo

• Il Senior Electromechanical Designer, esperto del Sistema Tridimensionale (CAD), sviluppa gli elementi di progettazione elettromeccanica di un progetto speciale (chiller o CRAC) come attività integrata con tutti gli altri input di progettazione, prestando la propria attività all'interno di un team di progetto integrato (parte meccanica, elettrica e software).

• Si occupa altresì di sostenere il prodotto speciale, adattando e migliorando le soluzioni già sperimentate, anche in termini di performance.

• Si relaziona con le altre Aree del Plant (Produzione Cooling, Qualità, Met & Ind., Purchasing).

• Svolge il ruolo di punto di riferimento tecnico all’interno del gruppo di progettisti meccanici Attività e Responsabilità

• Riporta al Resource manager e si allinea alle linea guida di progettazione definite

• Segue progetti speciali, nella fase di sviluppo (costruzione del circuito frigo tramite sviluppo di lamiere metalliche, tubazioni, ecc.), occupandosi nello specifico:

• della modellazione tridimensionale (mediante software Solid Edge)

• della messa in tavola a cad.

• In questa fase si relaziona coi fornitori per eventuali dubbi costruttivi

• della Codificazione (sistema PLM+AS400)

• della stesura del fabbisogno

• Si confronta costantemente con il Team Leader del progetto discutendo di problemi tecnici, performance del prodotto ed eventuali criticità sopraggiunte

• fornisce assistenza pratica, se richiesta, nella fase di produzione fornendo altresì istruzioni tecniche

• Si interfaccia con l’antenna tecnica per verificare anomalie e deroghe sulla componentistica, e con il Purchasing, per verificare la correttezza e fattibilità dei prezzi indicati dai Fornitori nel preventivo

• Nel corso dell’attività mantiene le informazioni riservate

• Recepisce ed attua la metodologia 5S.

• Si assicura che le attività vengano svolte in modo che soddisfino appieno i requisiti di qualità stabiliti dall’azienda e quelli richiesti dal cliente.

• Rispetta i requisiti della normativa PED

• Supporta la stesura della documentazione tecnica con immagini o informazioni What's in it for me?
