Job purpose Seeking a highly organized and collaborative professional to lead the end-to-end (E2E) deployment of new service offers across geographies.

This role will be responsible for adapting global execution standards to local contexts, ensuring process alignment and supporting countries in implementing tools and practices that enable consistent and scalable offer delivery.

Duties and responsibilities 1). E2E Process Deployment: Drive the deployment of new offers across countries, ensuring alignment with global execution standards and business objectives. 2).

Collaboration with E2E Design Architects: Work closely with global design teams (Hub) to adopt and adapt the standard execution playbook for regional and country-specific needs. 3).

Process & Tool Evaluation: Assess existing country-specific processes and tools, identify deviations from global standards and recommend alignment strategies. 4).

Feature Backlog Management: Identify prerequisites for deployment and create a backlog of required features in coordination with E2E Design Architects. 5).

Testing & Validation: Define and elaborate testing scenarios and use cases tailored to country-specific requirements.

Prepare test data and validate E2E processes.

Collaborate with the E2E test & validation leader to define criteria of acceptance and tests planning. 6).

Country Enablement: Support country teams in implementing the defined processes and tools, thus ensuring smooth adoption and operational readiness.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

Experience: in service industries such as IT, telecom, or consulting.

Ability to manage multiple deployments and adapt to diverse cultural and operational contexts.
