Define yearly working plan with EMS suppliers, including planning performance KPIs, process robustness continuous improvement opportunity, digital tool deployment etc; Managing co-planning with EMS suppliers setting up clear to build visibility to IG plants, healthy stock management to improve EMS upstream resilience and sustained business mainly for EE strategic safety stock setting up & drive excessive/obsolete stock reduction.

Evaluate supply risk and escalation, work in the taskforce to manage the crisis related.

Manage and report EMS suppliers’ performance in QBR, including S-OTD, S-OTD to conf., U-BOL, CAMA… Kinaxis EMS key user to process MPP commitment and monitor vendor fcst publish drumbeat & performance.

Global digital tool deployment in China upstream planning function.

Be the key person/leader in the supplier development project aiming to boost supplier competency.

Be SPOC in global EMS community to review/ refresh methodology and synergy with Global and other regions (good practice sharing) Be the auditor of Supplier Approval Module. 资格 专业知识与技能: 电子制造知识: 对电子元件、电路原理、电路板制造工艺(如PCB组装、焊接技术等)有一定的了解。例如,能够识别不同类型电子元件(电阻、电容、芯片等)的特性和用途,熟悉SMT(表面贴装技术)的工艺流程 了解EMS供应商商务约束条件和管理规则,能识别预判供应风险的能力 供应链知识:熟悉端到端供应链计划方法,具有丰富电子料运营计划经验 拥有供应链管理、统计学等背景的学士学位;至少5年供应链计划工作经验,有EMS背景者优先 良好的英语口语和书面表达能力 通过数据驱动解决问题,具备数字化技能, AI tech… 达成可持续的结果 专业知识与技能: 责任心 抗压能力 沟通协调,影响和说服他人的能力 灵活性与适应性 时间表: 全职 请求编号: 009JF0
