We are looking for Services Engineer (UPS) to make an impact!

This role requires availability to work on a rotational standby duty basis to support our 24x7 operations.

What will you do?

Perform on-site maintenance, repairs and installations of UPS systems.

Participate in the rotational standby duty roster which may include nights, weekends, and public holidays Troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical issues using specialized tools and equipment.

Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.

Provide technical support and training to customers on UPS.

Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure customer needs are met.

Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and maintenance logs.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies.

Adhere to safety protocols and procedures when working with electrical equipment.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in electrical and UPS maintenance, repair, and installation.

Strong knowledge of UPS systems, power quality equipment and electrical distribution systems.

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel (up to 80%).
