Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

Facilitate Sales Revenue Generation Coverage of Consultant & Government customers.

Develop and execute strategic plans to facilitate on or above revenue target achievement Identify product approval gaps & work closely to bridge the same Build strong rapport with all influencers to ensure favourable/neutral specifications in client requirements.

Map all customer stakeholders & establish strong connection by engaging internal members from Sales / Service / Segment team Key Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.

Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular engagement and customized solutions.

Sales Promotion Plan and implement promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and sales.

Create product preference by close working & competition spec neutralization.

Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional strategies with brand goals.

New Customer Development & Conversion customer strategy Identify potential customers and new market segments.

Lead customer acquisition initiatives and convert leads into active clients.

Identify conversion customer reservations, create strong action plan to overcome same and convert customer our fold Analytical Reasoning Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and sales data to inform decision-making.

Prepare reports and forecasts to support strategic planning and performance reviews.

Prepare reports on competition foot print, strategy & new product/solution introduction BE -Electrical
