What will you do?
Manage projects from the various small size package projects to the big and complex projects for the Digital Energy division.
What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
Technical Skills & Knowledge Practical skills in project and site management
Experience: managing the full lifecycle of projects/sites from initiation to completion (order receipt, design, implementation, delivery, financial closure).
Basic knowledge and practical ability in schedule management, cost control, risk management, and quality control.
Knowledge of contract and procurement management
Experience: in managing customers, subcontractors, and suppliers, and negotiating contract terms (delivery dates, payment terms, warranties, etc.).
Experience: in at least one critical project area: data centers, pharmaceutical/clean rooms, semiconductor-related projects. IT Tools Collaboration tools Microsoft Teams, Share Point, Outlook Documentation and reporting tools Microsoft Excel (budget and progress management), PowerPoint (reporting materials), Word (contracts and specifications) What's in it for you?

Certifications (Domestic and International) Chief Engineer (Electrical Work) → Certified electrical engineer or someone with equivalent or higher knowledge and skills. TOEIC score of 800 or higher, or equivalent English proficiency → Required English communication skills for coordination and reporting with overseas teams.
