We're looking for a passionate Early Career and Talent Pipeline Lead to build and accelerate a strong early-career talent pipeline for the East Asia zone that supports the organization’s long-term workforce and leadership needs.

What will you do: Design and execute the early careers strategy across internal early-career talent and external early-career pipelines (graduates, interns and other relevant entry pathways) Build structured development programs (rotations, mentoring, learning pathways) Partner with HR Business Leaders in each country to align early-career plans to workforce needs and local context Partner with Talent Acquisition on sourcing and employer branding for early talent Coach early-career talent and the ecosystem around them through 1:1 coaching, cohort learning facilitation, and manager enablement (e.g., onboarding, rotations, development milestones) Identify and accelerate high-potential early-career talent Monitor and manage pipeline health (hiring, retention, progression, diversity) Foster engagement and integration of early talent into the organization What will make you successful: Degree with 5 years’ experience managing talent development and early careers programs Strong program management and stakeholder engagement skills Passion for developing future talent What's in it for you: Opportunity to shape organizational culture and talent practices Strategic role with significant business impact and visibility Exposure to diverse business units and leadership teams Professional growth through complex, challenging assignments Collaborative environment focused on innovation in HR practices Let us learn about you!
