Job Summary We are looking for a Supplier Enablement Analyst with technical aptitude to join our global Invoice Management Transformation team and support our digital invoicing onboarding activities. In this role, you will help guide external suppliers through a structured onboarding process, explain technical requirements clearly, and ensure each step is completed successfully. You will collaborate with internal teams, including Procurement and Digital (Technology), and will receive training on relevant technical and process aspects. Responsibilities Supplier Onboarding Support the end-to-end technical onboarding process for suppliers, by following a standardized onboarding plan. Accurately track the progress of multiple suppliers at once, using internal tools. Identify delays early and escalate risks or issues promptly to the team lead. Technical Aptitude Understand and review simple structured data or code‑style formats (e.g., XML) with suppliers. Perform simple, guided system configuration steps needed during supplier setup (no prior system experience required). Communication & Relationship Management Communicate professionally with suppliers (Finance and Technical) in English and Spanish via email and virtual meetings. Build rapport with suppliers, answer questions, and provide clear explanations. Collaborate with global team members to share knowledge, provide updates, and resolve supplier questions. Facilitate online supplier webinars and training sessions. Qualifications Ability to understand and review simple code‑style formats (e.g., XML). Effective communication skills in English and Spanish. Comfortable engaging with external suppliers and building trust. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several tasks. Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset. Confident presenting or leading virtual sessions. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, IT, or related field — or equivalent experience.
