- Job Description – Finance PMO Manager Exp 8 - 10 yrs Location
- Bangalore Role Overview The Finance PMO Manager leads end-to-end financial governance for DCR Services, ensuring budget accuracy, funding security, chargeback operations, and financial performance tracking. This role strengthens financial discipline, partners with stakeholders across the organization, and upskills leaders and teams on finance best practices. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the end-to-end Finance governance for DCR Services. Define, structure, and manage annual and multi-year budgets. Oversee Forecast vs Actuals: RF cycles, monthly financial reviews, and variance analysis. Secure funding and supervise chargeback operations with funders including LoB, Unify J2R, Tech Debt, and others. Lead the Financial community of stakeholders to secure the follow up and alignment with our partners DTC, EIT, PMO, etc. Ensure transparency and accuracy in financial reporting, documentation, and tracking. Upskill teams on finance topics through targeted training for Leaders, PMOs, and Business Partners. Qualifications & Skills Experience in Finance PMO, financial governance, budgeting, or financial planning & analysis. Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to interpret and communicate financial data. Knowledge of budgeting cycles, variance analysis, and chargeback models. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and financial stakeholders. Strong communication, structure, organization, and facilitation skills.
