Who will be your team ? The Shared Experience team defines, curates, and evolves the common experience blocks and identity layers that ensure coherence, clarity, and recognizability across all Schneider Electric digital experiences (software, applications, and beyond). What will be your role ? As a Visual Designer, you bring the expressive layer of the shared experience to life. You help define how identity, emotion, and storytelling are expressed visually across digital interfaces—through imagery, illustration, motion, and composition. You will be responsible for : Visual Expression Create visual assets that support shared experience patterns (illustration, imagery, motion, iconography). Contribute to defining visual styles that scale across products. Ensure visual consistency with brand and UI guidelines. Exploration & Craft Explore visual concepts for key initiatives and strategic programs. Produce high-quality assets and references for teams to reuse. Support motion and micro-interaction concepts when relevant. Collaboration & Systemization Work with the Design System team to translate visuals into reusable assets. Partner with UI designers to ensure visuals enhance usability and clarity. Help document visual rules and usage guidelines. This job has been tailored for you if you have : +2 years of experience in UI Design You have strong visual craft and attention to detail. Experience with motion design or animation You enjoy working within systems while pushing creative quality. You understand how visuals support usability and brand recognition. You like collaborating across disciplines. You master creative tools (Adobe Suite, Figma) You can work both collaboratively and solo. You are fluent in English.
