What will you do: Installation of APC products at customer sites (network monitoring configuration, server software installation, etc.) Post-installation functional testing of APC products (alert notification verification, automatic shutdown operation confirmation) Providing customers with briefings on basic product operation and troubleshooting procedures Technical support for partner companies, including creation of technical documentation, delivery of training, operational management, and continuous improvement of work quality Preparation of internal technical documentation, procedure manuals, and various reports Handling customer requests, inquiries, and complaints Conducting product evaluations and providing feedback to the manufacturing department What's in it for you: You will begin your career as an engineer engaged in fieldwork.

As you gain experience, you will gradually progress to a senior engineer role, taking on more complex projects.
