About the role:
This internship is an excellent opportunity to learn and develop your career: if you would like to work in a dynamic multinational environment and you’re not afraid of responsibilities, feel free to apply, we will teach you the rest!
What you will do: During your internship, you will have the chance to try yourself out in several tasks in the field of direct procurement.
We need our future intern’s support in the following areas: Animation of the community and development of tools Support on global / team events organized by our team Lead data excellence projects to ensure the quality of data for the community Contribute to development and maintenance of our global Sharepoint Page Support on the Supplier Digital Tool Adoption and the end-to-end deployment What we need from you: Ongoing studies in a university in Hungary if possible, in the field of Economics/Mechanical Engineering Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1 year active student status Advanced Hungarian and English language knowledge is a must have (both fluent speaking and writing), as you will be part of an international team, you need to communicate with these team members on a daily basis You have excellent digital skills and eager to learn.
You have experience with Tableau and Microsoft tools (eg. MS Forms, Teams, advanced level Excel, PPT, Sharepoint, MS Lists and Power App/Power Automate) Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and insight generation Solid procurement background Be able to connect with people and drive positive change
Experience: in event management/coordination for online or hybrid events Be able to navigate in a complex environment and organization We are looking for you if you are not afraid of challenges and taking your career to the next level!
What we offer: Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20-30 hours/week, with a possibility of home office You can start as soon as possible: we are looking forward for you to join our team!
Working from home is possible, but please note that office presence can also be required (especially for training and specific projects) Gross salary: 2100 HUF/hour We provide a laptop/cell phone for your work Opportunity to learn and get experience in your future profession.
We support our interns in writing their thesis and have their own projects connected to their studies.
Engagement groups within the company - participate and/or organize activities/events for your colleagues - either a tree planting, football playing, a power plant visit, or a bake sale to support a charity... the sky is the limit!
