About the role: The Data Coordinator – Installed Base Intern is responsible for collecting, maintaining, and reporting data related to the company’s installed base. The role ensures data accuracy and integrity to support sales, service, and business development activities. The position includes continuous collaboration with the global Installed Base team to align with global standards and share best practices. What you will do: We need our future intern’s support in the following areas: 1. Data Collection & Data Quality Assurance Collect installed base data from various sources (CRM, ERP, service systems, partners, internal reports). Clean, validate, and complete missing data. Continuously monitor and improve data quality. 2. Data Entry & Maintenance Enter and update installed base information in the company systems. Maintain up‑to‑date records of equipment, serial numbers, configurations, ownership changes. Follow and document standard processes. 3. Reporting & Analytics Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for local and regional management. Identify installed base trends, changes, and potential market opportunities. Ensure compliance with reporting requirements and track KPIs. 4. Collaboration with the Global Team Maintain daily/weekly communication with the global Installed Base team. Adapt global standards and processes to local operations. Participate in international meetings and training sessions. Share best practices and support local implementation. 5. Process Improvement Continuously optimize installed base workflows. Support digitalization and automation initiatives. Cooperate with service teams on process enhancements. What we need from you: Ongoing university studies in a university in Hungary, in engineering or economic field Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge (both fluent speaking and writing) You have strong analytical skills, digital open mind-set, knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, able to work with data), You have great problem-solving skills and proactive attitude As soft skills we require good ability to collaborate and cooperate with others, even with cross-cultural teams This role is convenient for a student part time What we offer: Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20hours/week, with a possibility of home office You can start as soon as possible: we are looking forward for you to join our team!
