What you’ll do You will play an important role in improving Schneider Electrics Fire Detection systems, as the driver of projects within our portfolio. You will have full execution responsibility to meet budget, time plan and quality objectives, as well as handle efficient communication with stakeholders. And during the entire execution never disregard the fact that we are deling with a life safety system. You will collaborate Globally. Our project teams are spread out across functions in a large, global matrix organization, adapting to time zones as needed. But with a strong presence of development teams in Lund. You will need to take ownership of full life‑cycle delivery for complex, multi‑disciplinary engineering programs (requirements definition → architecture → development → testing → industrialization (when needed) → launch). We expect you to be the driving force, highlight problems with the right nuance and simultaneously be mindful of our culture to put people first. We expect you to collaborate openly and effectively to build bridges across teams and be an advocate for teamwork. Essential for the role Minimum 8 years, preferably more, experience of project/ program management Preference for candidates with a Maters Degree in Sience or ralated field. Proven track record of delivering projects including multiple disiplins within; SW, Electronics, Mechanics and/or Industralisation in a timely maner. Good communication skills for all levels of stakeholders are a must. Strong understanding of the SW and/or product development process and preferably experience of working with systems that require you to follow specific (UL/CE/IEC) standards. xperience working with cross functional globally distributed teams, including R&D, QA, supply chain, and manufacturing partners across multiple time zones. Demonstrated ability to drive alignment, facilitate technical decision-making, and manage cross-cultural communication. You demonstrate excellent people skills with high level of self-awareness. You are considered a structured person, that creates clarity when needed and executes with a sense of urgency. Location and Language requirements Based in or willing to relocating to Lund, Sweden.
