Our Process Automation Program Management Office is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Project Manager Intern to support Foxboro DCS projects and contribute to operational excellence across Process Automation.

What will you do?

As a Project Manager Intern, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day delivery of projects by helping the team stay organized, data-driven, and on schedule.

Your responsibilities will include: Support Project Managers with tracking scope, schedule, actions, and deliverables across active projects.

Collect, analyze, and visualize project metrics, including defect statistics, quality KPIs, and project health indicators.

Create and maintain Excel-based dashboards and reports, using formulas, macro programming, pivot tables, charts, and automation to simplify reporting.

Coordinate meetings, take structured notes, track follow-ups, and help ensure completion of project tasks.

Participate in process improvement initiatives, helping identify gaps and opportunities to improve efficiency and quality.

Maintain project documentation including plans, logs, and knowledge pages.

Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.

Understanding of project management fundamentals (risks, actions, issues, milestones).

Soft Skills Excellent communication—written and verbal.

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work in a team environment.

Proactive, curious, and willing to learn quickly.

Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
