What will you do?
Support procurement department for Reynosa and Foxboro Plant
Data management: organize and maintain procurement records, project documentation, key performance indicators, supplier documents and internal systems
Data analysis: analysis of spend / savings, kpi´s charts, trends in data, dashboards, supplier & quality scorecards.
Project management: support in procurement projects such change of suppliers, QVE: Follow up in action plans triggered by projects pipeline.
Quotes: Drawings, specs or AVL gathering to release RFQ’s in system. What skills and capabilities will make you successful?

This position will report to Reynosa Plant Procurement Manager, and dotted line to manager from an USA site. What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
Experience in excel (tables, pivots), dashboards, tableaus, power point, is preferred, knowledge in an ERP system is a plus.
Intermediate – Advanced level in English communication (written and spoken)
