· Strategic planning o Support JV CEO to formulate JV strategic planning for coming 1-3 years to define key initiatives and key performance measurement indicators. o Follow up the execution of the key initiatives and drive action plan deployment to ensure rigorous execution of the initiatives out of the strategic planning. o Support group strategic planning deployment in the JV. · Competitor analysis o Conduct regular competitor analysis to better understand JV performance vs competitors in different geography. o Work with various stakeholders to track key technology trend, market trend and future customer demand to identify new markets or areas of adjustment of strategic initiatives execution. · Strategic partnership o Based on the JV strategy and execution competency, work with CEO to identify area of partnership to accelerate JV business and further explore its feasibility in the form of commercial alliance, M&A or JV etc · Management meeting preparation and support o Drive the board meeting preparation through working with different stakeholders and attend meeting if needed. o Prepare other top management meeting as requested by CEO (staff meetings, SE / SC meeting, SE management meetings etc). 资格 · Bachelor’s degree at least, ideally has MBA degree. · Working experience in management consulting with focus on Renewables is a plus. · Proficient in speaking and writing English and Chinese, French is a plus. · Dynamic, strong analytics, structural thinking, and comfort to deal with ambiguity. 时间表: 全职 请求编号: 009BVJ
