About the role
Pricing Analyst Czechia & Slovakia We are looking for a Pricing Analyst to support pricing activities for Czech Republic and Slovakia. In this role, you will help maintain price lists, analyze pricing and performance data, and support regional and local teams with insights that improve pricing consistency, competitiveness, and profitability. This position is well suited for someone with strong analytical skills who enjoys working with data, collaborating across teams, and learning pricing best practices in an international environment. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of local regional price lists, helping ensure alignment with regional guidelines and market positioning. Monitor price consistency and flag potential issues or improvement opportunities. Analyze pricing data such as DeltaP, SPA structure, promotions, and consumption trends, as well as market and competitor developments, to support margin and revenue improvement initiatives. Track country-level sales and pricing performance, identifying markets with slower growth or misalignment between price lists and net prices. Support reviews of Easy vs. Optimum offers, including PL/NP comparisons and DeltaP trends, and assist in identifying potential improvement areas. Contribute to pricing projects and initiatives, including support of pricing tools (e.g. PFX, CPQ, Vistex) and cooperation with digital teams to improve dashboards, reports, and Tableau-based visualizations. Prepare regular reports, analyses, and presentations to support decision-making by pricing managers and regional stakeholders. Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and local pricing teams to ensure pricing actions are aligned with commercial objectives and value propositions. Share insights, documentation, and best practices with the broader pricing community and support knowledge exchange across countries. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in pricing, finance, business analysis, or a similar analytical role. Strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage. Experience working with pricing or ERP systems (e.g. SAP, PFX) is a plus. Ability to explain analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
