About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Customs & Trade Compliance Data Analyst Intern to support our Trade Compliance function across the Americas region, who brings strong data skills and curiosity.

This role blends data analytics, dashboard development, and trade compliance support, helping us strengthen reporting accuracy, enhance visibility, and drive continuous improvement in our compliance programs.

This role does not require prior expertise in trade compliance.

However, the candidate must be willing and motivated to learn trade compliance topics, including HTS classification, country of origin rules, customs data, and import processes.

Full training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities Dashboards, Reporting & Data Analytics Develop clear, user‑friendly dashboards for leadership reporting, customs monitoring, and operational visibility.

Share Point Management Manage and maintain the Americas Trade Compliance Share Point site.

Ensure content is current, clearly organized, and accessible for internal stakeholders.

Publish monthly dashboards, reports, SOPs, and compliance resources in a timely manner. C&TC Support Provide timely and accurate responses to tariff rate inquiries.

Assist in data validation, duty impact analysis, and updates to tariff-related tools as needed.

Coordinate team efforts on training, lead Americas monthly team calls What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Masters in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, International Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Demonstrated experience or strong interest in customs, global trade compliance, or international business.

Strong skills in data analytics, including data transformation, modeling, and analysis.

Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Power Point, Power BI, Tableau).

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, Power Query).

Strong problem‑solving abilities and a continuous improvement mindset.

Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex information clearly.

Self‑starter with the ability to propose and implement new ideas.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, ongoing basis.

The company does not provide immigration sponsorship now or in the future.

Currently local to the Nashville, TN area Preferred Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other analytics tools (a plus).
