What will you do? Your Impactful Responsibilities As a Plant Procurement Intern, you will support the day-to-day procurement of our manufacturing plant, gaining hands-on experience in supply chain, sourcing, and plant operations. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring the availability of materials, cost competitiveness, and smooth production flow. Your key responsibilities will include: Support the procurement team with daily purchasing activities and follow-up on purchase orders. Analyze procurement and spend data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities Help maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and documents MRBR: Lead and achieve the on-time payment for the direct procurement supply-base of the campus and actively look for resolution of any issues related to it. Collaborate closely with the plant Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams Participate in cost-saving, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives Learn and apply procurement processes, systems, and compliance standards What skills and capabilities will make you successful? This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in supply chain and manufacturing environments. Key skills and capabilities for success: Strong analytical and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Clear written and verbal communication skills Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous learning attitude Basic proficiency in Excel and any Microsoft Office apps. Comfort working with data and data mining. Basic knowledge of Incoterms and their application.
