The HRBP Intern will support the HR Business Partner team in executing people-related strategies, programs, and initiatives that align with business objectives.

This role provides hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including recruitment support, employee engagement, HR analytics, performance management, and employee relations.

The intern will collaborate closely with HRBP Managers and cross-functional teams to help drive positive employee experience and operational HR excellence.

Areas of Responsibility HR Operations & Support Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee experience.

Maintain and update employee data, organizational charts, Job Description and HR documentation.

Support on driving SPS People Commitment Recruitment & Talent Support Coordinate with Talent Acquitition team & People Operation team to support hiring activities (screening, scheduling interviews, Follow up to hiring manager).

Participate in employer branding activities, internship programs, student visit and talent pipeline initiatives.

Employee Engagement Assist in Employee Engagement communication, developing Employee Engagement action plan, organizing, and executing employee engagement activities (events, surveys, communication initiatives & action plan).

Help collect feedback and conduct simple analysis to provide insights on employee sentiment Performance Management Support HRBP Managers during performance review cycles, including communication, data consolidation, and tracking progress. HR Data & Reporting Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision making.

Support analysis of absenteeism, attrition, productivity indicators, and HR trends.

Employee Relations Assist in logging employee concerns and helping HRBP team prepare follow-up action items.

Participate in HR-related meetings and take proper minutes when needed.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Active Bachelor degree’s student (max. 8th semester) in Industrial Engineering, HR Management, Law, Psychology or related fields Skills & Competencies: Computer literacy Strong communication & interpersonal skills Analytical & problem solving skills Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Capable to communicate in English (verbal and written).
