We are looking for Service Engineer (Power System) to make an impact!

What will you do?

To perform field service (customer site service) activities involving the installation supervision, commissioning, maintaining, modification, onsite training, system upgrade and repair of complex Schneider MV, LV and transformer projects.

Responsible for a region or subgroup of field services.

Performs installation supervision and commissioning of Schneider products including day to day service of the same Performs maintenance for Schneider equipment Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance of Schneider products.

Represents Schneider dealing with customer concerns.

Responsible for identifying and reporting failure modes encountered when in the field.

Also responsible for determining the cause of these failures.

Solve Site problems at customers site and provides reports on these issues.

Providing 24hrs telephone support for customers.

Acquisition of Customer Service products.

Support internal for spare parts warranty, preparation, and assembly.

Improve on site report and process.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Diploma/ITE in Electrical / Electronic engineering

Experience: with transformer/Switchgear Computer literacy and fluent in spoken English. 2-3 yrs exp.

With electrical contractor, Oil & Gas sector, Power Generation, Petrochemical technical experience is an added advantage.

Willing to travel up to 80% within in Singapore.
