The Senior Channel Sales Engineer will drive revenue growth across the assigned territory, taking full ownership of sales activities and long-term business development.
The ideal candidate is an experienced sales professional with a strong network in the electrical market, capable of building, negotiating, and closing complex deals.
Leadership, motivation, and client respect are key attributes Achieve and exceed ambitious sales revenue targets Establish and develop distribution networks across all key channels Manage sales, events, and marketing strategies Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets Coordinate with the Country Support Team in China for sales orders, ensuring timely delivery to distributors and customers Conduct market intelligence activities to support benchmarking and pricing strategies Ensure growth in point-of-sale (POS) performance 5–7 years of relevant experience in sales and export roles Proven experience in distributor management, building strong relationships with distributors, customers, and external partners Sales background in electrical products and solutions (e.g., low voltage electrical products, power distribution, industrial control products, Industrial automation, etc.
Demonstrated leadership in execution, influencing skills, and strategic initiative development Extensive network in the electrical market
Experience: with leading companies in the electrical industry
Experience: in penetrating new markets Flexible and responsive in a dynamic, start-up environment Strong communication and presentation skills Highly motivated and accustomed to meeting performance quotas Strategic thinker, team player, and quick executor Results-oriented with strong interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills Willingness to work under pressure, accept challenges, and meet commitments Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS), better majored in Electrical Engineering Willingness to travel frequently Fluency in local language and English Proficiency in MS Office Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?
