About the Role :
As a Solution Sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by delivering Schneider Electric’s innovative industrial automation solutions.
This role demands a proactive, results-oriented mindset, combining strategic account management, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration to create measurable value and build long-term partnerships.
What will you do?
Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned industries and key end users to accelerate growth and capture new opportunities.
Engage deeply with clients to uncover business objectives, clarify challenges, and translate needs into actionable solutions.
Design and deliver optimal solutions leveraging Schneider Electric’s industrial automation portfolio to achieve customer success.
Prepare competitive quotations and lead negotiations to secure profitable deals and maximize value for both customer and company.
Build and sustain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Collaborate effectively across internal teams to drive proposal development and guarantee flawless execution.
Implement sales strategies with precision to consistently achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
