For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $86,400 - $129,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

About the Role:

Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a Factory Serviceability Lead to support our Buffalo plant.

In this role, you will serve as the central link between Manufacturing and our GSC (Global Supply Chain) Services Warehouses, assuring accurate planning, timely execution, and worldclass service parts availability.

What will you do?

As the Factory Serviceability Lead, you will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and maintaining endtoend operational flows that enable the efficient production and distribution of service spare parts.

Key responsibilities include:

Operational & Supply Chain Flow Management Act as the primary operations contact between the Buffalo plant and GSC Services warehouses.

Define transportation routes, lead times, Incoterms, and other logistics parameters.

Establish MOQ, production lead time, standard cost, and payment terms aligned to supply chain needs.

Develop and maintain demand forecasts in partnership with GSC Services teams.

Production Planning & Performance Monitoring Lead the Master Production Plan (MPP) process to align production capacity with service demand.

Monitor plant shipment performance, especially during ramp-up phases, and measure OTD (On Time Delivery) to confirm production lead times.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance scheduling, forecast accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Spares Industrialization & Data Readiness Support spares industrialization (PQR) by validating dimensions, weights, labels, quantities, and product imagery for service items.

Manage Oracle system updates including sourcing logic (0J, crosssell), serviceability configuration, and price list uploads.

Procurement & Ordering Coordination Request and coordinate BPA (Buyer Purchase Agreement) setup to ensure accurate pricing in MRS.

Facilitate ordering flows between hubs and the factory—IO (hub orders to service hub) and PO (service hub to plant).

Verify plant inventory readiness and confirm RTS (Release to Sales) status for service parts.
