What do you get to do in this position?
Quality Inspector plays a crucial role in ensuring that products meet established standards of quality, safety, and performance.
Here are the typical job duties for a Quality Inspector: Inspect Products and Materials Examine raw materials, components, and finished products for defects or deviations from specifications.
Document Inspection Results Record findings and maintain detailed inspection reports.
Note any non-conformances and communicate them to relevant departments.
Ensure Compliance Verify that products meet industry standards, company specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Follow ISO, Schneider Electric Standards, or other applicable quality standards.
Support Continuous Improvement Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Suggest improvements to inspection procedures or product design.

Experience: with non-conformance reporting (NCR) and quality audits.

You will report to the Quality Control & Manufacturing Quality Process Lead.
This role is an onsite position.
You are required to report to either the Fairfield or West Chester, OH facility 5 days a week.
Qualifications: High school diploma 2+ years of experience in quality inspection Familiarity with blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
Experience: with basic computer skills Proficiency in written and spoken English Let us learn about you!
