What will you do?

Daily follow up of the purchase orders status.

Daily follow up of the critical inventory levels.

Has the responsibility to communicate the information about critical stock levels and late deliveries with the production department and plant management Prepares and transmits the purchasing orders to the warehouse manager Manages the process of quantity and logistic claims Escalates the delivery problems Analyses and plans the inventory levels Prepares and send the purchase orders to the approved suppliers and subcontractors Has the responsibility to receive the order acknowledgement from suppliers and subcontractors Has the responsibility to follow on daily basis the orders form the expedition until the reception in the plant Prepares and communicates monthly the forecast for purchase of components and subassemblies to the suppliers and subcontractors Analyses the forecast accuracy and manages the corrective actions for improvement Prepares monthly report for problems with deliveries.

What will make you successful: University degree – Industrial management, economics sciences Knowledge – languages – free usage of English Seniority – minimum 1 year experience in industry Decision making, quickness of mind, initiative, problem solving, emotional stability, adherence to principles Functional knowledge of Material Management Let us learn about you!
