施耐德能源事业部研发中心目前正在招募机械工程师。这个位置的工作地点在上海张江办公室。能源事业部研发中心二次配电团队主要职责是负责维护和改进现有产品（环网柜）。由于业务发展需要，我们计划加强设计团队，这个位置汇报给二次配电团队组长，主要负责团队内的产品维护改进以及相应的技术支持。以下是这个职位的主要职责： 从整个项目（市场，工业化，质量等）的角度设计解决方案 负责产品的细化设计 确保能够根据每个设计阶段的要求提供相应合格的交付物 负责设计完整的或部分的中压产品的组件 持续改进施耐德中压产品的质量 产品大批量生产时提供技术支持 了解项目管理，并可提供基本的协助支持 对现有产品的处理时提供技术支持 确保产品符合相应法律法规规定的安全和环境要求 资格 候选人应符合以下几点要求： 有组织纪律性，有同时负责几个项目的能力，并能按时完成。期望能够做到积极主动的分析项目风险并 最终提供高质量的新产品 精通Pro/E，会模拟分析的优先 熟练掌握英语读写 自我激励，能够做到积极主动 有团队合作精神 我们希望的专业背景： 本科及以上学历，机械、机电或电气教育背景 3年中压行业经验，最好熟悉断路器，负荷开关，电气成套设备等 坚实可靠的产品设计开发和大批量投产的工作经验 时间表: 全职 请求编号: 009HP9
