Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Global Campaign Specialist to join HK Global hub. This is an exciting 1 year contract opportunity for early-career talents who are passionate about marketing and communications. We are looking for individuals with strong writing and communication abilities, who are eager to contribute to the success of our brand and make a meaningful impact.
Your Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Supporting the development and execution of campaign strategy, amplification and content creation .
- Creating engaging content for external campaigns , including messaging, narratives, newsletters, social media posts , blogs, and digital assets, including leveraging new age AI assisted tools (as applicable at Schneider Electric)
- Assisting in the planning and rollout of campaign initiatives to boost brand awareness , customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Managing and scheduling social media content with global social media team , tracking performance, and optimizing campaigns.
- Collaborating on the creation of campaign assets such as web banners, webpages, videos, presentations, campaign guidance, and training materials.
- Participating in various project management activities to support campaign excellence and transformation.
- Engaging in community management , include hosting community calls and help ing build vibrant internal networks.
- Facilitating the organization of team activities and events to strengthen team spirit and morale.
- Operating internal digital tools to set up and manage tasks, track progress, and ensure on-time deliverables.

Qualifications
- Fresh graduates from Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related disciplines. Engineering backgrounds (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Automation) are also welcome if you demonstrate strong passion for marketing and communications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Cantonese / Mandarin is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with digital performance metrics and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or social media dashboards
- High learning agility, comfort with new technologies and digital tools, including AI-assisted content creation
- Proactive, willing to take on challenges, and able to collaborate effectively across teams and organizational levels
- Strong interest in brand building, marketing strategies, and digital innovation
