We are looking for a new TA Partner to join the Nordic & Baltics team at our Ballerup office (hybrid).

What will you be doing: Collaborate closely with hiring managers to craft innovative recruitment strategies that meet their talent needs.
Source, screen, and evaluate top-tier candidates using diverse sourcing methods and cutting-edge techniques.
Manage the entire recruitment process, from planning to signing, delivering a seamless and exceptional candidate experience.
Stay ahead of market trends and implement best practices to continuously elevate our talent acquisition processes.
Partner with HR and hiring managers to enhance recruitment practices, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
Work with Early Careers and University relationship programs, working closely with HR and business leaders to implement game-changing strategies.

Experience: in working with complex matrix organizations.
Proven experience in talent acquisition transformation and change management, elevating the bar for recruitment.
Expertise in strategic sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Exceptional organizational abilities to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in utilizing applicant tracking systems and innovative recruitment tools.
