Join our dynamic Credit & Collections team as a Team Leader and play a pivotal role in optimizing our financial operations and customer relationships.

Role Purpose (Operations-Focused) The Credit Operations & Controls Lead is responsible for ensuring the operational integrity, data accuracy, systems alignment, and internal controls of the NAM Credit function.

This role manages the end‑to‑end credit operations ecosystem across SAP S/4HANA, MyDSO Manager, reporting tools, internal controls, and corporate risk standards.

In this role, you will ensure that processes, systems, and governance frameworks operate efficiently, reliably, and fully aligned with Schneider Electric’s global standards.

The role is ideal for a detail‑oriented, audit‑aware, systems‑savvy professional who thrives on precision, process quality, and operational excellence.

This role ensures the entire credit ecosystem is aligned and functioning correctly.

You will be the owner of credit process integrity, making sure corporate risk management standards are consistently applied.

Key Responsibilities:

Systems & Data Integrity Ownership - 35% Ensure ERP credit configuration, dynamic credit checks, customer hierarchy, and master data align with NAM standards Manage MyDSO Manager workflows, data validation, and reporting alignment Partner with IT and global teams to drive system enhancements and process harmonization Conduct data quality reviews and remediation across platforms Internal Controls & Compliance - 30% Own credit‑related SOX, audit, ICS, and corporate risk compliance activities Maintain and update credit process documentation, control narratives, and testing procedures Ensure credit decisions follow delegation of authority, escalation paths, and governance standards Coordinate with Internal Audit, Risk, and Corporate Finance on periodic reviews Operational Performance & Process Excellence - 25% Lead initiatives to optimize credit operations, improve workflow efficiency, and reduce process gaps Monitor credit operations KPIs and ensure timely execution across all stages Serve as the operational link between Credit, Sales Ops, Finance, and Digital/IT teams Drive continuous improvement culture within the Credit organization Reporting & Analytics - 10% Oversee recurring operational dashboards and data integrity checks Support monthly/quarterly reporting needs for leadership and governance routines Ensure reporting consistency across ERP, MyDSO Manager, BI tools, and corporate submissions Cross‑Functional Partnership & Role Interdependency Maintain working knowledge of the other’s core processes, tools, and responsibilities Provide operational and analytical backup during high-volume periods, absence coverage, or urgent escalations Collaborate regularly to validate alignment between SRM customer strategies, system configurations, internal controls, and corporate credit governance Participate jointly in continuous improvement initiatives that connect underwriting practices, SRM risk visibility, and system integrity Share insights and cross-train to ensure resiliency, scalability, and knowledge depth across the Credit team High‑Value Credit Reviews & Governance Responsibility In addition to primary role responsibilities, this position plays a key role in performing high‑value, non‑SRM credit reviews for the NAM business.

These reviews include customers and exposures exceeding USD 5 million, and may encompass annual credit reviews, material credit limit increases, changes in customer risk profile, or other significant credit events.

Performing comprehensive financial and risk assessments for high‑exposure customers outside of the formal SRM process Leading or supporting annual credit reviews, limit increases, and escalation cases in accordance with NAM and corporate credit policies Evaluating customer financial health, exposure concentration, payment behavior, and evolving risk factors Preparing clear, well‑documented credit recommendations and mitigation strategies for management approval Coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Risk Management to align decisions with SE’s risk appetite and governance standards Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field 3-7 years’ experience in credit operations, internal controls, ERP systems, or financial process management Strong understanding of internal controls, risk governance, and data management

Experience: with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA & Oracle preferred) and credit system workflows Preferred Qualifications

Experience: using MyDSO Manager or similar credit tools.

Background in audit, SOX testing, process governance, or financial controls.

Experience: leading system enhancement projects or cross‑functional operational changes.
