Key Account Manager – Conglomerates (Developers & Construction)

The Role: Key Account Manager, Conglomerates (Developers & Construction) You will be responsible for building, nurturing, and sustaining long‑term strategic relationships with major property developers, construction companies, and diversified conglomerates. What will you do? 1. Strategic Customer Engagement & Relationship Ownership Take primary ownership of key developer, contractor, and conglomerate accounts. Engage and cultivate influential stakeholders. Serve as a strategic consultant. 2. Opportunity Development Across Project Lifecycles Identify and qualify new construction and development opportunities. Understand project requirements. Introduce solutions early in design phases. 3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration for Solution Delivery Work closely with internal technical teams and partners. Collaborate with ecosystem stakeholders. 4. Industry & Sustainability Advisory Provide insights on construction industry trends. Guide customers in achieving sustainability goals. 5. Pipeline, Project Ecosystem & Stakeholder Management Develop and maintain a robust project pipeline. Facilitate alignment among project ecosystem participants. What qualifications will make you successful? Minimum 8 years of experience in sales or key account management. Understanding of building systems architecture.
