In this role, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating our commissioning resources for our Building Management System projects. Join us and discover the exciting possibilities that come with being part of a company that values your growth and well-being.  What we are looking for in our new Project Execution Engineering Manager: Experience in managing teams Experience with project resource planning Technical background and experience in Building Management Systems and commissioning activities Solid experience with digital platforms and tools (including Microsoft Office) Fluent in both Danish and English You excel in resource coordination and planning through a proactive and strategic approach in collaboration with the rest of our project execution team. You will play an important role in developing and improving our ways of working internally, which will help make our projects more efficient. While you will work locally we encourage you to have a global mindset as we always strive to create a positive impact on a larger scale. Your key responsibilities will include: Personnel responsibility for 10-15 project technicians Coordination and planning of resources for commissioning activities for existing Building Management System projects and coming projects (pipeline) Hiring and onboarding new project technicians Active participation during the tendering phase Responsible for training and upskilling relevant to project execution Actively work on employee well-being and development Conduct safety audits and follow up on health and safety regulations If you are passionate about being a part of successful project execution, driving transformation regarding our way of working and creating meaningful change, we want to hear from you!
