Required Skills and Experience:
- BE/BTech degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and operations.
- Strong understanding of M365 workloads: Share Point Online, One Drive for Business, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Office apps, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Hands on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin Center and related admin portals.
- Experience automating or supporting tasks using PowerShell for M365.
- Knowledge of security and compliance fundamentals (retention, DLP, permissions, policies).
- Familiarity with Copilot features, licensing, governance concepts, or AI driven productivity tools. driven productivity tools.
