Location: - Bangalore Hands‑on experience working with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).

Experience: on performing configuration across inbound, outbound, and inventory management workflows.

Experience: in working with MAWM functionalities including: Receiving, Putaway, Inventory Management, Wave Management, Cubing, Loading, and Shipping.

Experience: in working for support projects.

Experience: in debugging issues using APIs, Postman.

Good to have knowledge on proactive Knowledge on environment setup in postman and collection creation Resolve P1 incidents within the defined SLA and communicate status updates to business stakeholders.

Analyse incidents and provide timely workarounds to ensure business continuity.

Experience: in conducting Fit/Gap analysis, design, system setup, configuration, testing and implementation, documentation & training Collaborate with onsite and offshore functional/technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, oral, and written communication skills.

Ability to work in a structured, collaborative, and time‑bound environment.
