Role Summary Responsible for automating the performance, reliability, and compliance of Schneider Electric’s energy management solutions.

The role involves hands-on testing of software and hardware components, working with embedded systems, connected devices, and wireless/industrial protocols, using advanced test benches, automation frameworks, and lab equipment.

Key Responsibilities Design and develop end-to-end automated test cases using keyword-driven automation frameworks (Python with Robot Framework).

Understand and enhance existing automation frameworks, identifying areas for optimization, efficiency, and scalability.

Enhance existing automation frameworks and integrate with CI/CD (Jenkins).

Perform functional, hardware, regression, performance, and compliance testing.

Validate embedded systems, LV/MV devices, and energy monitoring products.

Work with industrial and wireless communication protocols such as Modbus, TCP/IP, Zigbee, and basic serial communication (mandatory).

Perform validation on: Embedded systems Power monitoring, LV/MV devices Energy and industrial automation platforms Analyze results, perform root cause analysis, and log defects in Jira.

Collaborate in Agile/SCRUM teams as a strong individual contributor.

Ensure compliance with IEC/IEEE/ISO standards.

Education: Bachelor’s / master’s degree in computer science, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication Engineering, or MCA.
