Program Overview The Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is designed to help you grow faster at the Early Career stage.

Once you join, the first 2-year you will experience 3 rotations (8-month each).

During the 24 months with us, you may go through a Structured Rotational track under different functions mainly as sales, marketing and business development.

It will allow you to learn different businesses or functions within Schneider, through a series of accelerated induction and programs.
