Sr Manager DEI
Role Summary The incumbent will drive Schneider Electric’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy for India region by developing, implementing, and measuring initiatives that promote belonging, equitable opportunities, and inclusive behaviours. This role partners closely with HR, Business Leaders and Global DEI teams to ensure alignment with Schneider Electric’s global DEI strategy and business priorities. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Program Leadership Develop and execute the regional DEI strategy aligned with Schneider Electric’s global DEI framework Benchmark DEI best practices by engaging with external DEI experts, organizations, and industry bodies Governance, Metrics & Reporting Establish KPIs to measure DEI initiative effectiveness and recommend improvements based on data Provide regular updates to HR Leadership and business stakeholders Capability Building & Culture Change Design and deliver trainings, workshops, and leader‑enablement programs to enhance cultural competency and inclusive leadership. Support and coach employee resource groups (ERGs) to strengthen grassroots inclusion efforts. Partner with communication teams to build DEI awareness through campaigns and storytelling. Stakeholder Influence & Change Management Influence managers, HRBPs, and senior leaders using a transparent, data‑driven approach to embed DEI in decision‑making. Lead change management for new DEI initiatives and inclusive leader programs in partnership with global teams. Employee Experience & Inclusive Policies Review current policies, recommending updates that promote fairness, accessibility, and psychological safety. Collaborate with HR and leadership to ensure DE&I goals are integrated into the company’s policies and practices. . In addition to the above, there are few more additional responsibilities Regularly conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on diversity and inclusion issues.
