Location: Kallang About the role We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Tendering & Bid Management Intern to lead the Tendering Proposals for Digital & Consulting Services solutions with a focus on Cloud Analytics and Digital Twin across the Power and Building domains.

This role bridges technical innovation and commercial execution, ensuring our digital and consulting services offerings are clearly articulated, competitively positioned, and aligned with client needs and market trends.

What will you do?

Digital Services Tendering & Bid Management Lead Tendering and Bid Approval process, ensuring alignment with client requirements and competitive positioning.

Coordinate with pre-sales, sales and operation team to develop persuasive executive summaries, solution narratives, and win themes.

Support pricing strategy, commercial modelling, and risk assessment in collaboration with sales and finance teams with quick turn around.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

Prefer bachelor’s degree in engineering Knowledgeable of digital twin technologies and their applications in power systems and smart buildings.

Strong understanding in tendering processes, offer development, and commercial strategy.

Skilled at following and improving process to enhance efficiency.

Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (e.g., LEED, ESG, Green Mark) and digitalization trends.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, ensuring smooth coordination with key stakeholders throughout the tender process.

Preferably 6 months to 1 year internship period Proactive, driven, high performers with strong talent for winning tender bids Proficient with Microsoft tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) Looking to make an IMPACT with your career?
